Full time, fixed term until 4 April 2025 Exciting opportunity for a Mobility Officer to support study abroad and exchange students Base Salary $86K + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Mobility Officer is responsible for the administration support, promotions and engagement, and ongoing student support over the lifecycle of the prospective and current Study Abroad and Exchange students.
This role will work within Sydney Future Students (SFS), as a member of Sydney Global Mobility, and be guided by University, Government, and Sydney Global Mobility guidelines, policies, and procedures.
The Mobility Officer will be expected to build rapport with a range of staff across the Centre's, faculties, students and in the wider University environment and contribute to the work area's objectives.

As a member of Sydney Global Mobility, the Mobility Officer will undertake a broad range of administrative support activities associated with Sydney Global Mobility programs throughout the year.
This will include supporting a wide range of initial enquiry, admission, enrolment, promotional events, and information sessions.
The role will also provide ongoing student support over prospective and current Study Abroad and Exchange programs and foster programs growth, student participation and continuous improvement.

The jobholder may occasionally be required to work on weekends or after hours work to attend program events and activities as required.
Leave restrictions may apply during peak periods (February/March).

About you Strong experience in a student engagement and customer-oriented role Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Proven experience working in a varied role and transition between tasks with flexibility and adaptability The ability to work with complex administrative systems and databases and proven CRM competency Intrinsic motivation and high initiative in an autonomous role while also acting as a key team player.

This role requires valid work rights for Australia.
