Mobilisation Coordinator

The Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Recruitment team for a fixed term of 10 months.
The role is based in our head office in Welshpool and operates Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage required once every four weeks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with each project's requirements.
Review and administer the collection of documentation and cross check for compliance.
Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to the project.
Book pre-employment medicals for new starters.
Book required site specific or role specific training for new starters.
Ensure documents and data are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
Book MACA Corporate inductions and issue PPE for new starters.
Coordinate flight confirmations for new starters for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
Maintain new starter document files with required blank forms.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation or MACA work practices.
To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience in a Mobilisation/onboarding role within the resources sector.
A high level of customer service.
Advanced level of computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
