Monadelphous is seeking  Mobilisation Coordinator  to join our Workforce Management Team based in Victoria Park office.
Reporting to the Workforce Team Leader.
You will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention.
Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Victoria Park location, with public transport and free parking close by On the job coaching and mentoring Internal transfer and secondment opportunities within the business Development provided if required in training depending on the individual Family friendly social club providing discounts to major events and theme parks Opportunity to salary sacrifice and novated leasing available Permanent Full-Time employment Key Responsibilities: End to end mobilisation process organising medicals, training, booking flight and accommodation, site inductions and entry, organising PPE Mobilising a high volume of candidates across multiple upcoming shutdowns and projects Providing regular updates on mobilisation progress What you'll bring: 1-3 years' experience in a mobilisation or roster within the resources sector Experience in an end-to-end mobilisation process Experience with ERMS, CMS, Success Factor, Pegasus, AMEX and Workflow will be advantageous Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
