Mobilisation Coordinator

A new opportunity has become available for a mobilisation coordinator to join a mining services provider.
TEN Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation and Administrator to join a fantastic, privately owned, WA based business. This is a dynamic role and would suit an experienced mobilisation administrator who enjoys a range of duties and enjoys being busy.
Key skills

At least 3 years previous experience in a mobilisation role with an adept capability to assist multiple internal teams. Experience coordinating and administering tier 1 mining mobilisations will be highly regarded. Very strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to think critically. A superior level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills. Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task to service deliverables. Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
About the role
This role will see you reporting to the HSEQ Manager / Construction Manager and will be required to assist the project managers from time to time. End to end administration of the mobilisation process in line with the clients' requirements. Booking of medicals, ensuring the follow up of the progress and final results. Booking and coordinating travel arrangements followed by clear communication to field staff and the client. Assist the HSEQ team with ensuring all training and site compliance requirements are met
With the above in mind our client is looking to offer a salary of $90k plus super DOE for the successful candidate.
