This is an initial 6-month contract position and is an opportunity to continue your career with a respected player in the mining industry. This role is FIFO from Perth Only 5:2/4:3 Roster, paid 12 hours per day and at a competitive hourly rate. The role: Ensure contractors compliance. Checking and reviewing the relevant documentation including identification, inductions, qualifications, licenses, tickets, schedules and rosters Liaising with induction providers to ensure the timely and efficient booking of site inductions for all contractors Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database. Travel and accommodation bookings Other general administration duties including data entry, system based activity tracking, reporting and general email correspondence The successful candidates must: Experience within workforce mobilisation within the mining or resources industry would be highly advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Intermediate to advanced computer skills Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timeliness.
