In this role, you'll work closely with both field and office teams to ensure the smooth mobilisation of employees and maintain compliance across all aspects of the job. Reporting to the Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating and tracking compliance requirements (medical, Drug & Alcohol training, inductions, etc.)Issuing mobilisation details to employees, including flights and accommodationBuilding and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersCommunicating with clients to provide necessary compliance documentationCollaborating with management for accurate, timely updates on key issuesTo be successful for this role you must possess the following:2+ years in a similar mobilisation and compliance role within the resourcing or shutdown industryProficiency in MS Office SuiteSelf-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply:Ready to join our team?
