We are seeking a Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our team!
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our Port Hedland Head Office, or Belmont office. About the Company:

About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly motivated Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Planning team!
In this role, you'll work closely with both field and office teams to ensure the smooth mobilisation of employees and maintain compliance across all aspects of the job.
Reporting to the Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and tracking compliance requirements (medical, Drug & Alcohol training, inductions, etc.
)Issuing mobilisation details to employees, including flights and accommodationManaging and updating the roster system accuratelyBuilding and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersCommunicating with clients to provide necessary compliance documentationCollaborating with management for accurate, timely updates on key issuesTo be successful for this role you must possess the following: 2+ years in a similar mobilisation and compliance role within the resourcing or shutdown industryProficiency in MS Office SuiteExperience with rostering systems, deemed advantageousSelf-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHow to Apply:
