The Opportunity As part of our ongoing national expansion, we are excited to announce a new role: Mobilisation and Travel Lead. In this position, you will play a crucial role within our HR operations, ensuring timely mobilisation and travel arrangements for our employees.
This role can be based in either Pakenham, Victoria, or Perth, Western Australia!
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a central database for employee and contractor roster movements, travel, and accommodation requirements. Act as the site champion for the travel and roster management system. Collaborate with site and contract teams to gather roster and travel requirements to forecast future flight and accommodation needs. Finalize flight bookings and manifests. Organize accommodation bookings. Serve as the point of contact for flight and accommodation providers. Manage travel bookings for personnel and contractors. Assist with the onboarding of new employees and contractors. Report on site travel and accommodation data. Review travel and accommodation invoices. Organize site bus transfers. As the team grows, manage additional staff as needed. Perform other duties as required. About you: Proven experience within Mobilisation and Travel (FIFO / DIDO etc) Familiarity with travel management and booking processes. Experience in administrative roles and mobilisation in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively with operational stakeholders. Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. Good computer literacy with high level on Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Capable team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration approach to work.
