Mobilisation Administrator

Our client is a leader in their industry and provide superior products, expertise and service to varying industries within Western Australia.

They are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrator with mobilisation or service scheduling experience.

Welshpool location

Immediate start

Temp to Perm role

$40-42 per hour

Quarterly incentive program

Duties

Coordinate the mobilisation process for Service Technicians and service projects, including resource allocation, scheduling and logistics planningLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of personnel to project sitesMaintain and update records of mobilisation activity to ensure ComplianceEnsure clients are up to date on service dates and requirementsProvide administrative support to the service team , including managing paperwork, organising meetings and handling correspondenceThe first point of contact for client enquiries

Requirements:

Advanced MS Office experienceSAGE experience (desirable)Previous mobilisation or scheduling experience - highly advantageousMinimum 5 years administration experienceStrong attention to detailAble to multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHave a customer-centric attitude to ensure all client needs are met with professionalism and accuracyHave a positive attitude and work ethic Able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment

Thisis a temp to perm role, so to qualify you MUST have full working rights within Australia for long-term work.
