We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mobile Support Officer to join our digital transformation team.
The Mobile Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing first-line administrative and technical support for mobile devices within our organisation. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation and management of our mobile services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly impact the lives of individuals across Western Australia.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the setup of new mobile carrier services and manage any necessary changes or cancellations of services as needed.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of records in pertinent internal systems, including those for finances, asset management, and mobile device oversight.Provide initial technical support to mobile users, effectively addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.Distribute mobile devices, activate SIMs and ensure they are set up per organisation requirements.Work closely with different project teams to facilitate seamless transitions of mobile services, facilitate SIM swaps, and transfer numbers when required.Get exposure to working on projects within Cyber and Mobility.Why Join Us:Contribute to meaningful initiatives that have a positive impact on the lives of individuals in Western Australia.Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.Gain valuable experience and enhance your skills in managing and supporting mobile devices.If you are a dedicated individual with experience in fantastic customer service and are passionate about contributing to the well-being of the community, we would like to hear from you.
