This opportunity The Mobile Sales Specialist Role is an overlay role and will identify, sell and maintain sales relationships within customer accounts across the Enterprise & Government segment. They develop and implement sales plans that solve customer problems and grow our Mobile and associated ecosystem portfolio within the small to medium business segment.
Responsibilities Responsible for driving sales of Mobile products and solutions within a specific territory.Define and execute an overlay sales plan with a focus on use case and industry story telling.Build and deliver an internal and external thought leadership program to enhance awareness of TPG Telecom's Mobile offering and associated eco system solutions.Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure.Manage complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously.Work with sales consultants to discover, identify and meet customer requirements.Identify market opportunities and work with our product and partner teams to drive product enhancements.Achieve key monthly, quarterly and annual new business sales objectives within the allocated portfolio.Maintain up to date and accurate customer contact, pipeline and any other required information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, i.e. Salesforce.Attend weekly sales team meetings to review quality and accuracy of Salesforce pipeline, review week on week sales activity and key pipeline movements, agree kick off and approach to any upcoming tenders and opportunities, review status of all active tenders, review short- and long-term Customer relationship quality and key relationship development activities, and review open customer issues, actively assisting in resolutions and ensuring timely escalation (e.g. to Sales Leadership) wherever required.Represent TPG at industry meetings and trade association events whenever requested, continually promoting the company and its services.Keep track of local competitor activity, reporting any significant developments to the sales team and TPG executives (including Sales, Product, Service etc).Knowledge and experience 3+ years of experience within a tech sales environment.Previous experience of selling mobile products and services is highly advantageous.Have a willingness to learn and a passion to achieve targets.Highly experienced in using a "business solutions" type approach, utilising TPG's product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.Ability to proactively identify and create new business growth opportunities.Proven cultivator and 'closer' of sales opportunities.Excellent presentation skills.A collaborative working style.Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office).'Stay Connected Mobile' – Access to a free mobile plan.'Stay Connected NBN' – Access to a free NBN 100 plan.'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every year.Access to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunities.Access to Corporate Partner Discounts.Our TPG Telecom Spirit We believe in the power of meaningful relationships to support vibrant, connected communities where everyone belongs.
