This is a multi-disciplinary team, including caregivers, nursing staff, speech pathology, dietetics, podiatry, exercise physiology, remedial massage, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
Their focus is on providing the best possible care to clients, and they are looking for a Mobile Physiotherapist to join the team.
About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to assess and treat clients disabled, elderly or under the NDIS scheme located in the Hills Region (Mundaring and Surrounds).
This is a flexible position where you are encouraged to organise your own schedule, our client does not stipulate the number of hours worked or the number of clients you see.
However, they do prefer if people can work two non-consecutive days to cater to clients that may need seeing 2 times a week.
Reporting directly to the Senior Physiotherapist some of your responsibilities will include: Assess and manage clients Work independently in the community Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner Organise your calendar while being mindful of time management Liaise with case managers, carers, clients, and other allied health professionals About You The successful candidate will have: AHPRA Registration Bachelor of Physiotherapy Valid driver's licence and your own vehicle Medicare Provider Number or eligible to apply for one You will also have: Knowledge of EPC/Care Plans, DVA and NDIS is beneficial Able to work autonomously and be comfortable working out in the community Be compassionate, flexible, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with great people skill Apply today and don't miss out on starting this opportunity as soon as possible!
