Mobile Phone Technician

We are looking for Mobile Phone Technicians with exceptional skills who are proficient in repairs and take pride in their workmanship.
You will have great customer skills to assist with admin and customer service.
We have positions open for the right candidates at our head office in Seven Hills, Rouse Hill, Prestons, and Liverpool.
Join the largest Samsung authorized service provider in Australia.
With your experience and drive, you will add value with the full support of our head office in Sydney.

This position is both creative and rigorous .
By nature, you need to think outside the box.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a 'get it done' spirit.
To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.

You will Be an Australian Resident and/or have full rights to work in Australia Have experience diagnosing faults and repairing Samsung mobile devices and tablets Have experience repairing multiple brands Take pride in your work Have superior attention to detail Be able to provide excellent customer service What We Offer Great company to be a part of with big brand names.

Trainings Professional Workplace To be considered for this role, you MUST HAVE experience working on Samsung mobile phones and iPhones and be able to meet deadlines.

You must also have excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Successful candidates must have an Australian Tax File Number, be legally entitled to work in Australia, and be flexible in their hours of work.
