Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various issues with mobile phones, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repairs, and software troubleshooting. Perform repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer queries, providing repair updates, and selling accessories. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail space. Qualifications: Previous experience in mobile phone repairs or an interest in learning repairs. Strong technical knowledge of different mobile phone brands and models. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
