We are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and have distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Every year we team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives.
ImpactLife has an opening for a Mobile Donor Services Supervisor on our phlebotomy team. This is a working supervisor position and will be fully trained on the entire blood collection processes. The Supervisor will provide daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management to the assigned team. The Supervisor will work under the direction of the Manager to ensure overall compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide coaching and motivation to his/her assigned team to promote excellent customer service and donor satisfaction.
