TasksYou will be working in a small team with a large degree of autonomy. Each day, you will be seeing paediatric clients in the community or via telehealth. Clinicians are responsible for the day-to-day management of their caseloads, communication with families, and implementation of therapies.
RequirementsAll applicants must have: A relevant accredited degree in Speech PathologyEligibility and membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaA Current NSW Driver's License and access to a vehicleA Current NDIS Worker's Check or ability to obtain oneFully vaccinated (3 doses) against COVID-19 or relevant Medical ExemptionEssential Criteria Demonstrated ability to work within a billable model and be accountable for daily activities.Knowledge of, and experience in holistic approaches to early intervention.Demonstrated ability to develop functional goals with a family and build capacity in the child's networks to achieve the goals in the child's natural environments (e.g., home, school and in the community)Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to support children and their familiesDemonstrated skills in working in partnership with local child and family servicesExperience working with children and families from culturally diverse backgrounds and people with disabilityEffective oral and written communication and organisational skillsKnowledge, and experience of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)Foundation First is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to providing a work environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
