Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy)Full timeSuccessful Gold Mining Organisation located in Leonora offering a family friendly roster.Your new roleGenesis Mining Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead the teams to maintain our brand-new fleet safely and efficiently, ensuring maximum output. We are looking for someone who enjoys working alongside like-minded professionals in a growing team and company, and who is keen to get involved with a project start-up and share their knowledge.This role is offered on an 8/6, 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora. Town-based established accommodation camp in Leonora with great camp facilities including gym, and pool as well as town facilities.Your key responsibilities will include:Ensure that works being performed are done so in a safe manner and in line with WHS legislation and company OH&S standards.Ensure that machines operating within the project are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications.Maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events.Coordinate maintenance teams to carry out all relevant maintenance activities and ensure the fleet is maintained to a high standard.Report to the project superintendent on day-to-day activities, breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management.Record and address day-to-day defects and manage priorities.Responsible for accurately delivering the daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the requirements of the weekly mining plan.Ensure all work meets time and cost requirements.Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.Promote and maintain a positive safety culture within the team.We would love to hear from you if you have:Significant demonstrated experience in open pit mining.Previous supervisory experience.Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams.National accredited HD Mechanic / Heavy Plant trade (Certificate 3).Current Drivers Licence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What you can expect from us:A caring and supportive culture.Professional and positive team environments on-site and at all facilities.A 'grow our own' approach with a preference to develop and promote internally.Access to professional development activities and educational assistance.Competitive salary and options for salary sacrificing.Permanent opportunity with meals, camp accommodation and PPE provided.About Us:Our vision is to build the premium Australian gold miner - Progressive, high quality, +400koz per annum.
