Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
(Heavy Vehicles), you will be responsible for leading a mobile maintenance crew and ensuring maintenance activities on the mobile equipment fleet are safely executed against schedules, plans, and specified standards.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Ensure maintenance teams adhere to safety standards and work proceduresLead and manage resource planning and scheduling for maintenance activitiesSupervise field operations to meet performance targetsABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Prior experience in a similar role gained within the mining industryWorking knowledge of mining maintenance activities, operations, and the maintenance of Caterpillar, Hitachi, Sandvik mobile equipmentDemonstrated capability to successfully lead a team, drive safety, and performance manageQualifications for this position are:Relevant and recognised trade or tertiary qualificationMining/Site Supervisor competency G1, G8, G9 (or willing to obtain)South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
