IMC is experiencing exciting growth, winning new projects across mining production, mining services, and civil projects. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Osborne Park and contribute to the ongoing success of our operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For: Drive continuous improvement in work management processes, plant optimization, and equipment performance.Support our Bayswater workshop team and play a pivotal role in Master Maintenance Scheduling, including weekly planning, shutdown planning, major component forecasting, and establishing safe work procedures.Collate and prepare data to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budget reports, and cost analyses as required.Foster clear and effective communication with maintenance, supply, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless planning.Create detailed weekly and monthly maintenance plans and reports using tools like Pronto and Microsoft Project.Monitor the health of our fleet through proactive condition monitoring.Take on other irregular duties as directed by your manager.What You'll Need: A background in a relevant technical or trade field.Proficiency in business budgets, control mechanisms, reporting, and job estimation.Strong understanding of ongoing maintenance perspectives and practices.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think logically and laterally.Experience in maintenance planning techniques and computerized maintenance systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project; exposure to Power BI is a plus.Familiarity with Pronto Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is highly desirable.This is a great opportunity for those looking to take their career to the next level in a thriving company.
