The OpportunityWe currently have a fantastic career opportunity available for an experienced Diesel Fitter to join our Mobile Maintenance team at Dugald River Mine. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will provide maintenance support to the Dugald River Mine operations. This role is based on an 8/7, 7/6 (Days & Nights) roster, drive in drive out from Cloncurry or Mount Isa. FIFO from Townsville may be considered for exceptional candidates. Relocation support will be available for successful candidates who reside outside of these locations.Qualifications, skills & Experience Relevant HME Diesel Fitter qualificationUnderground mining equipment maintenance experience is preferredA current C Class Licence It would also be beneficial if you have: Dogger / Rigger / Forklift / EWP licencesS1, 2, 3 competencyCert 2 tyre maintenance Responsibilities include To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong work ethic and good safety leadership.Planned and breakdown maintenance on HME operating in and underground mining environment.Ability to be flexible within the role and adapt to a changing environmentSound knowledge of SAP What we offerRemuneration for this role includes a competitive salary package, annual bonus and generous local accommodation at Dugald River is provided in fully air-conditioned en-suite rooms and includes meal service and room cleaning.
