Reporting to the Regional Manager, the key responsibilities of the role includes: Meeting with customers at a time and place convenient to them Managing the loan process from completing loan interviews, processing applications through to assessment and approval Generating new opportunities from business development and other lead generation activities Qualifying warm leads Ensuring all regulatory compliance and necessary administration activities are completed. We'd love to hear from you if you have: A good level of self-motivation, flexibility and the ability to work either autonomously or collaboratively as needed to achieve goals Relevant home lending experience with an understanding of associated industry, regulatory, legal and compliance requirements An appropriate level of knowledge and integrity to act in a responsible lending capacity and put together deals that work for customers within policy The ability to develop and build relationships with other local professionals and nurture new business opportunities (leads) provided by IMB A track record in efficiently planning and organising to meet multiple and competing demands around an independent schedule An existing network of community connections across the ACT/Canberra region and generation of word of mouth referrals is advantageous About IMB IMB Bank is a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
