Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Representing the organisation at community and public events to enhance brand awareness and engage potential customers.Developing and maintaining strong referral networks and client relationships to identify lending opportunities.Managing the end-to-end lending process, including loan applications, documentation, assessments, and settlements.Promoting additional financial solutions, including third-party products, to meet customers' broader needs.Achieving business growth targets across lending, product offerings, and customer satisfaction metrics.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks.Your Skills & Experience:We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a customer-centric approach to lending.
Key requirements include: Proven experience in consumer and commercial lending, with strong sales and service skills.Exceptional relationship-building abilities, including effective communication and networking skills.Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end lending process, banking policies, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in technology and loan processing systems.A current QLD Driver's Licence, National Police Check Certificate, and Bankruptcy Check.Eligibility for ASIC AFSL RG 146 (Tier 2) and ASIC ACL RG 206 accreditations.Desirable qualifications include: Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.The Offer:This role offers a supportive and flexible work environment, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the community.
