We are currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Inventory Analyst to support our client in a field-based role (base location is Huntingwood).This is a newly-created position that will see the successful candidate setting the standard for future applicants as the team expands!What's In It For You
Temporary assignment for 3 months with the possibility of extension
Up to $45 p/h + super
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
With a base location in Huntingwood (free parking on site), this role is a field-based position
Role commencing by mid-October 2024

The Role Receiving & loading daily shipments from 3PL provider into a provided vehicle
Ensure that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct
Deliver critical medical products to key customers, in-line with company KPI's
Assist with goods receipt, placement of stock within hospitals and removal of packaging from sites where required
Manage inventory levels and excess stock across hospitals for multiple operating units
Optimise the placement of short-dated inventory based on customer usage
Conduct physical inventory counts with a high degree of accuracy
Retrieve stock near expiry from the hospital and return to the 3PL warehouse
Work independently, establish a productive schedule to deliver on key objectives
Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
Effectively communicate, influence and engage with key internal and external stakeholders building strong relationships
You Will Need Experience in an inventory or stock management/analyst role (or similar) is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create positive working relationships with stakeholders
Prior experience implementing inventory strategies to reduce waste
Have a can-do attitude and genuine drive to deliver results
An understanding of hospital environments would be beneficial
Must be happy with a field-based position
A full NSW driving licence is required, preferably with no prior convictions or demerits
Previous experience in a medical device setting would be advantageous
