What do I need?

You'll be across the end-to-end home lending process with a solid track record for delivering results that go above and beyond customer expectations. And you'll have plenty of industry insight up your sleeve to make the best possible decisions in the role.
Attention to detail and solid organisational skills are a must as well - especially as you'll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while you're on the go.
