Mobile & Fixed Plant Operator / General HandThe WA Salt Group is a leading producer of salt products.
We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Plant Operator / General Hand at our Salt Lake located 500km north east of Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this Western Australian family owned business and ensure the continued success and profitability of the Group.
This is a Drive in Drive Out position.
A travel allowance is paid when travelling to commence each swing.
The roster is 10 days on 4 days off working 12hr days.
The Salt Lake is a remote site located 72km from the nearest township.
Travel home in the afternoon of your last day of swing, travel back to site on your last afternoon of your break.
The roster will be either Mon-Wed or Wed to Friday.
The rate will be $37.31 per hour.
The successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of jobs on site including; operating a variety of mobile plant, operating and maintaining our fixed plant, carrying out a variety of maintenance and general duties.
In addition, you will be trained to assist in the onsite testing Laboratory.
You will work with our small dedicated team who are motivated and keen to make a difference.
