Responsible for the ongoing support of imei customers' Mobility Platforms with a blend of technical problem solving and customer-facing support.
Knowledgeable and passionate about mobile devices and mobility trends (MDM, EMM, Applications) with strong drive to learn more.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to solve complex problems and multitask in a fast-moving environment with multiple customers simultaneously.
Curious, always seeking to learn, with particular focus on our business strategy, our clients, the market, technology in general and the tools available that can help us achieve our goals.
Role Requirements Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this role will have you supporting our customers' Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Management (MTM) Platforms, and future Mobile Computing Platforms including for phones, tablets, laptops and ruggedised industrial devices for logistics and field technicians.
Assist with ongoing training of technical services staff to ensure consistent delivery of our services.
Backup support to imei's Pre-Sales Engineers and internal IT infrastructure.
Technical Experience and Certifications Required:
Microsoft 365 / Active Directory MDM (Intune, Omnissa/Airwatch, Ivanti/MobileIron), EMM, Enterprise App Stores MTM (MS Defender, JAMF Trust, Zimperium, ZTNA, Lookout) Modern Workplace Management MDM Vendor, Apple, Android, Samsung certification, or ability to obtain Nice to Have:
MCSE/MCTS or equivalent certification Android Enterprise and Samsung Knox, Zero Touch Apple Business Manager Certificate Based Authentication, AD CS PKI deployment Active Directory integrations (LDAP, AD FS, Entra ID) DNS & DHCP knowledge and understanding About imei imei is an Australian based Managed Mobility Service Provider that has been solely focused on mobilising organisations since the year 2000.
