We are seeking a talented Digital Collaboration Systems Specialist to join our Corporate Digital Collaboration Systems (CDCS) Section.
In this role, you will support our staff both domestically and overseas, ensuring that our digital collaboration systems meet departmental requirements and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership to a team delivering Microsoft Intune and related tools for policy deployment, tracking, reporting, and remediation.Assist in the development and implementation of Microsoft Intune as the primary mobile device management platform.Develop compliance data for service consumers and troubleshoot non-compliance issues.Address and resolve non-standard and undocumented issues.Plan, design, implement, and manage:Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access Policies with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) including document classification, labeling, and content protectionAzure Application Proxy and Web App ProxyMobile device management for iOS, macOS, and WindowsRisky sign-in and security policiesMigration from other mobility solutions to Microsoft Enterprise MobilityAdditional Deliverables: Produce technical specifications, unit testing, and verification documentsCreate status reports and technical training materialsDevelop standard operating proceduresTransfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff while ensuring proper documentation in accordance with recordkeeping policiesQualifications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersProven experience in technical leadership and team managementJoin us in shaping the future of digital collaboration!
