Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting issues. Your new role
The role involves providing technical leadership for a team responsible for deploying and managing Microsoft Intune and related tools. Key technical skills and responsibilities include:
Microsoft Intune: Development, deployment, and management for mobile device management. Conditional Access Policies: Planning, designing, and implementing with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR): Implementation and management. Microsoft Information Protection (MIP): Content file protection, document classification, labeling, and various protection methods (BYOK, HYOK, Custom Templates, Protection scanner, FCI, S/MIME). Azure Application Proxy: Planning and managing web app proxy. Mobile Device Management: Managing iOS, macOS, and Windows devices with Intune. Security Policies: Managing risky sign-in and security policies. Migration Experience: Transitioning from other mobility solutions (Softbank, MobileIron, MaaS 360) to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting non-compliance and undocumented issues, providing compliance data, and transferring skills and knowledge to departmental staff. Deliverables include technical specifications, unit testing, verification documents, status reports, training materials, and standard operating procedures. What you'll need to succeed Candidates must be based in ACT, VIC, NSW, SA and QLD and work from their respective offices, and willing to travel to Canberra if required. Candidate must be an Australian citizen and hold a minimum of Baseline security clearance. Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator qualification. Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including multi-domain configuration and authentication. Understanding of Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron. Proven ability to contribute to service and team improvement. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of expressing complex business concepts in technical terms.
