About the Project
MESA has been selected to operate and maintain the mobile crushing plant and equipment at a new long-term project in the Northern Territory. Mobilisation points include Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek, and Alice Springs, providing ongoing opportunities for the region.
New camp facilities located in town, approximately 10 minutes from the site, offer WIFI and network coverage. Rosters are 2 on / 2 off, with 12-hour shifts and FIFO/DIDO options. MESA implements a production and safety performance incentive scheme that rewards employees for meeting KPI standards.
The Job
MESA is seeking qualified and experienced Fixed Plant and Heavy Mobile Plant maintainers to operate and maintain the mobile crushing plant for the project. Responsibilities include regular production operations, routine preventative maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance and repair as required.
Skills & Qualifications
MESA seeks candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in maintaining fixed or mobile plant and HME - Required.Formal qualifications and demonstrated experience operating wheel loaders & excavators - Preferable.Australian recognized mechanical, electrical or instrumentation trade certificate - Required.Current HR Drivers license - Preferable.Vehicle loading crane operation ticket (HIAB etc.) - Preferable.Dogging Ticket - Preferable.Telehandler Ticket - Preferable.Forklift Ticket - Preferable.Full Australian Working Rights - Required.Able to provide a clean Police Clearance for site access - Required.Able to pass comprehensive medical, drug screen & fitness for work tests - Required.Remuneration
