Bring across your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to support a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support.
As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will provide high quality early intervention and specialised service to workers and employers through personalised face-to-face assistance.
This role will enable you to facilitate effective workplace co-ordination of a timely and safe return to work, promoting an injured worker's recovery.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Create and drive RTW plans in conjunction with a variety of stakeholders to ensure RTW outcomes Collaborate with claims specialists, liability specialists & other technical and support experts to manage a portfolio of claims Conduct purposeful community-based visits inclusive of but not limited to worksites or medical clinics on initial triage of a claim and at significant milestones during the life of the claim Provide accurate information that is consistent and easy to understand, ensuring both parties have an understanding of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and capacity ABOUT YOU Passionate and committed with excellent communication to provide high-quality service in a face to face setting Demonstrated ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and quick response to changing situations Strong computer and records management skills Current driver's license and a 4 star ANCAP rating vehicle WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
