As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for turning contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing great outcomes. You will engage with Network Partners to generate customers from agreed employer visits, ensuring that every customer interaction is quick, easy, and expertly managed.
In this role, you will thrive on delivering the highest level of service, managing your own portfolio, and meeting activity targets. You will collaborate with internal partners to support a seamless customer experience and deliver professional messages with a unified business voice. Your ability to identify prospective customers, manage leads, and achieve application and settlement targets will be key to helping us meet our growth objectives.
About You: You are a customer-focused professional with a proven history of financial services experience. Your strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies make you a valuable asset to our team. You have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships set you apart.
You are technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments. Your knowledge of the governance of Unions and Industry Super Funds, along with your understanding of regulatory acts, will help you excel in this role. You are a team player who contributes to team meetings, shares knowledge, and actively engages in Network activities.
