We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Services Officer who is a team player with prior experience in the medical, legal, or insurance industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the provision of advice, arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team, and preparing relevant documents.
Job Description Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responding to customer enquiries on the phone or via email Scheduling appointments with relevant medical specialists Maintaining busy mailboxes, including responding to queries in a timely manner, booking appointments and other services Providing administrative and operational support to medical specialists Providing information and advice to customers or potential customers Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager, including reception duties, uploading dictation, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in general Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment A personal approach that is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful Strong prioritization skills while maintaining a level of flexibility Attention to detail is a must Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) mlcoa offers an exciting and fast-paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive, and respect are key features.
