A well-known Canberra Based Company specializing in high-value new build projects exceeding $80M+.
Their diverse portfolio includes Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-residential sectors.
With a strong pipeline of projects, they have recently secured multiple new contracts and are looking to add 2 experienced Site Managers to their team.

About the Position
We are looking for 2 skilled Site Managers to support the delivery of industrial projects valued at $20M+ and multi-use residential projects up to $100M.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the project team in all day-to-day operations and running various projects across Canberra.
You will monitor and manage subcontractor works on site and ensure the timely delivery of your projects.

Duties
Lead and manage construction site activities to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of the site Ensure compliance needs are met with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations Forward planning, scheduling, and ordering materials Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and site records Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Site Manager, working on projects valued over $15M in Industrial and/or Residential (Townhouses and Apartments) Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Projects/Suites Strong ability to work as a part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
