Demonstrated experience in responding to student learning needs and adapting teaching methods to suit intercultural and global education contexts. SC2 : Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn, particularly in STEM, Mathematics, and intercultural education. Proven ability to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth, including leading curriculum events such as Maths Week. SC3 : Demonstrated experience in monitoring and assessing student learning through the use of data, particularly in STEM and numeracy-related fields. Demonstrated experience in providing feedback on student learning growth and achievement to students and parents in a global or intercultural educational setting. SC4 : Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in leading committees and engaging the school community. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community to support student learning, agency, wellbeing, and engagement. SC5 : Demonstrated behaviors and attitudes consistent with Department values. Proven experience in reflecting on practice, engaging in school leadership, and participating in professional learning to continually improve the quality of teaching, especially in Science, STEM, and global education.
