Mixed Production Farm Workers

We are currently recruiting for experienced Mixed Production Farm Workers who are highly motivated and enthusiastic.
The role will see you enjoy a wide variety of tasks.
Extensive on-the-job training will be provided to enable you to perform these integral roles.
Your role will include: Patrolling, inspecting and reporting on the condition of crops.Operating farm machines to cultivate, plant, fertilise, spray and harvest crops.Maintaining and cleaning farming infrastructure and equipment such as sheds, pens, fences, plant and water and irrigation systems.Loading and unloading fertilisers and loading produce into transporters.Operating water supply and irrigation systems.Adhering to company OH&S protocols and procedures.Key attributes: Previous experience in these fields will be highly regarded.Good communication skills which will enable you to liaise with managers, supervisors and other crew members.Strong attention to details and show pride in your work.Be flexible with working hours over 7 days/nights.Hard working and highly reliable.To become part of the team you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate on all levels.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,835-$75,000 pa + superannuation determined by experience.
