Position Overview: The position is full time, but open to negotiation. Speech Pathologists of all experience levels are welcome to apply!
Weekly training, mentoring, and supervision in a small, collaborative team environment in a beautiful rural community.
Mixed caseload, acute & community speech pathologist: 80% paediatric - 20% adult working in the clinic, pre/schools, aged care, group homes, etc.
What we provide: 3 hours of protected supervision and mentoring weekly from experienced Speech Pathologists.Extensive opportunities for paid professional development.Training across a diverse caseload of clients, both children and adults.12 weeks paid annual leave - 4 weeks of this attract 17.5% leave loading.All associated entitlements.37.5 hours work per week - or a negotiable part-time position.Salary - above award rate.Participation with allied health professionals and community agencies.About you: As a Speech Pathologist, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated collaborative approach to care. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary practice and a passion for driving client-centered care, as well as the ability to provide culturally appropriate services within our community.
