Position Overview:
The position is full time, but open to negotiation. Speech Pathologists of all experience levels are welcome to apply!
Weekly training, mentoring, and supervision in a small, collaborative team environment in a beautiful rural community.
Mixed caseload, acute & community speech pathologist: 80% paediatric - 20% adult working in the clinic, pre/schools, aged care, group homes, etc.
What we provide:
3 hours of protected supervision and mentoring weekly from experienced Speech Pathologists.
Extensive opportunities for paid professional development.
Training across a diverse caseload of clients, both children and adults.
12 weeks paid annual leave - 4 weeks of this attract 17.5% leave loading.
All associated entitlements.
37.5 hours work per week - or a negotiable part-time position.
Salary - above award rate.
Participation with allied health professionals and community agencies.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary practice and a passion for driving client-centered care, as well as the ability to provide culturally appropriate services within our community. What do you need to join?
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
Effective time management and attention to detail.
Compliance – SPA Membership, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
Driver's License & Vehicle - all km's paid.
