The RoleOperating within Chaos1's Technology Division, you will lead the design, development, implementation, integration and optimisation of our software capabilities.
You will work closely with Chaos1's leadership, team members, external partners and clients both domestically and internationally to ensure user-focused adoption and employment of our technology platform. A passion for big thinking and a bias for action with strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills is a key aspect of your role.

Required Experience:Practical experience, designing, implementing and maintaining platform solutionsExperience with Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Edge and Edge IT systemsExcellent leadership, teamwork and communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting and analysis skillsStrong DevSecOps backgroundExperience implementing best practice security and monitoringProficient in CICD tools and technologiesExcellent understanding of containerisation and toolingGood understanding of SRE principlesAbility to effectively present information to different target audiences both verbally and in writingAbility to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to travel up to 30% of the time to work alongside the customerEither possess or be able to achieve an Australian Government NV2 security clearance in due courseFavoured ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Mechatronics or a similar fieldExperience writing frontend applicationsExperience writing backend servicesExperience writing embedded softwareExperience building, training and maintaining LLMsGood knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, GitHub, Infrastructure as Code, and DockerDefence and National Security experienceDefence VeteranWe pride ourselves on our unique way of working, and we take care of our people.
