In this role, you will fly in some of the most remote places and in challenging conditions while providing a professional aviation service to customers. You will have an extensive set of skills to conduct mission flights in accordance with MAF procedures. Watch the video to find out more.ResponsibilitiesYour role will be to actively embrace your flying duties by maintaining flying qualifications in accordance with MAF and national regulations. You will have a pro-active approach to the role- ensuring national licensing and medical requirements are met. Be prepared to work flexibly as part of a team as you will assist with operational efficiency, effectiveness and safety of the programme.In this role, you will use your knowledge and expertise of float plane operations to provide safe and efficient aircraft operations.Your responsibilities will include:-Planning, organising, and conducting flights in accordance with all regulations.-Conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure safety.-Inspecting aircraft to identify and troubleshoot any potential mechanical issues.-Recording flight data including times, weather conditions, and fuel consumptions.-Providing passengers with excellent in-flight customers and professional service.-Programming, monitoring, and maintaining navigation systems.-Maintaining aircraft logbooks and completing any required paperwork.You will be expected to maintain and improve personal professional standard by participating in necessary training and completing relevant modules.
