Role Description/Criteria About the College As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives.

We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students.

The Role The Mission Immersion Leader provides assistance to the Deputy Principal - Faith and Mission in leading the College in all aspects of faith, mission, ministry and social justice.
Salary In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary.
Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.
