Our opportunity As Marketing Executive, you will assist with developing and delivering the strategic marketing direction.
You will coordinate, prepare, maintain, and monitor all marketing campaigns including digital, print, and out of home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare marketing briefs and presentations.Prepare project promotion material, press, online material, and other project marketing deliverables.Assist in developing, implementing, and driving strategies, objectives, policies, and initiatives.Ownership and management of launch program and campaign deadlines.Conduct market research and report on market trends, competitor, customer, and campaign performance.Manage marketing budgets, PCG reports, expense claims, invoicing, and chair meetings as required.Facilitate competitor and customer research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and workshops.Coordinate and attend project launches and events.Liaise with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies, and suppliers.Your point of difference You will have at least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Preferred qualifications include:
Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media.Property sector experience.Good Microsoft Suite skills.Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop).CRM, CMS, and EDM systems skills.Social media platforms experience.Good understanding of Google Analytics.All of these attributes are preferred; if you think you may be the right fit for the role, please still apply.
