The Team MinterEllison's Project Change and Communications team provides strategic and practical change management services to the firm's diverse portfolio of transformation programs.
We utilise our deep change management consulting expertise to deliver positive impact and measurable outcomes across complex and innovative initiatives.

Your Role A permanent position exists within our Project Change & Communications team where you will have the opportunity to utilise your full lifecycle business change management experience with a focus on digital and operating model change from design to delivery.
Reporting to our Head of Project Change and Communication, you will work closely with our change managers, project managers, business analysts and SMEs, typically working on more than one project.
This role is based in our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements, remote and in-office when required for project work.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Design and deliver innovative change strategies across a diverse portfolio of change Engage stakeholders and business leaders to enhance understanding and buy-in.
Develop and lead targeted communication campaigns, assess effectiveness, and refine materials.
Lead change impact assessments, identify change risks, define adoption metrics and manage business readiness for change Define learning needs and training approach Manage change workstream outputs, including strategy, communication, engagement, readiness, training, and adoption metrics.
More About You Background:
5+ years' experience as a Business Change Management Consultant with experience in designing and delivering complex change initiatives across a diverse client portfolio/organisational landscape Experience leading all workstreams of change across the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery Deep experience in change impact analysis, business readiness and adoption management Experience in digital change and agile methodologies Tertiary qualifications are essential for this role Skills:
Superior skills managing complex and diverse stakeholder expectations and interests Passionate about involving people in the change process, preparing them for it and supporting them through it A creative thinker who can translate a vision for different audiences Confident communicating information with clarity and influencing senior stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills Change practitioner accreditation or change methodology certification would be an advantage, PROSCI or similar Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint Why MinterEllison We offer flexible working options to encourage balance, wellbeing and support for sustainable ways of working and a range of social, financial and health benefits, including free gym membership - all with no minimum tenure.
