Your Role
We are currently looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join our hugely successful, market leading leasing practice. As a member of our award-winning and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high volume retail, commercial and industrial leasing matters. This role can be part time or full time.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating and progressing clients' leases and you will manage your own files. You will deal directly with our clients and conduct negotiations with our clients' tenants and their lawyers.
Please Note - this role will suit a career paralegal. Law students are encouraged to consider our Graduate and Clerkships programs as an alternate career pathway.

Our national Real Estate team is one of the largest and most diverse property practices in Australia. We advise major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects, retirement living and leasing.
Our leasing practice is a core part of our Real Estate business and our impressive stable of leasing clients includes Abacus, AMP, Australian Unity, CBA, Challenger, Charter Hall, Cromwell, Dexus, Elanor Investors, Fortius, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, Reading, Stockland, Suncorp, Vicinity and Woolworths. In this role you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing lawyers and paralegals, with additional support from team administrators and an innovative technology platform. You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.
