We are currently looking for an enthusiastic lawyer with a willingness to learn. Knowledge of the Return to Work Act is preferred but not necessary and candidates with experience in adjacent jurisdictions such as insurance, personal injuries litigation and workplace relations will also be considered.
About You A passionate and commercially astute individual with a genuine interest in building a successful, long term career in statutory compensation law; Someone with sound client and file management skills who understands the importance of providing technically excellent advice in a timely manner; A practitioner with the maturity and self-motivation to be responsible for the day to day management of litigation files with the assistance of a mentor as appropriate; A confident individual who is comfortable with oral advocacy; and A good team player who appreciates the importance of collegiality and collaboration.
