Job OpportunityA fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced legal executive assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support on a permanent basis in our collaborative Energy, Resources & Projects team.
ResponsibilitiesDrafting correspondence, document preparation and amendmentsProactive diary and email managementCoordination of meeting/travel arrangementsLiaising with clients & stakeholders and maintaining client databases and key contact informationAssist with co-ordination of tenders, pitches as requiredFile management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filingCo-ordinating end of month billingClient and group reportingReconciliation of corporate AMEX expenses using ConcurOther ad hoc duties as requiredWhat You NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational skills as well as a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm. Ideally, you will also have some legal experience.
