You'll manage a variety of landscape construction projects, ensuring they're delivered successfully in a high-energy environment where quick decisions and adaptability are key.
What to expect?Manage multiple minor works projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to client specifications.Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and estimates for project tenders.Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors.Lead and mentor field staff to optimise performance and foster a positive team culture.Monitor project progress and resolve potential delays with agility.Coordinate commercial irrigation maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Ensure Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance across all project teams.About You:To be successful, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel under pressure, and have a strong background in project management in the construction, civil or landscaping industries.
You will value teamwork, be highly collaborative and passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.
