Your New Opportunity:
As a site-based Mining Supervisor, you will be essential in planning, organising, and overseeing daily operations.
Reporting directly to the Mining Superintendent, you will lead, mentor, and guide a crew of 10-19 operators to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
This is a FIFO position from Perth operating on a 2:1 roster with rotating day and night shifts, providing long-term stability on one of our key projects with a duration of 5+ years.
What You'll Do: Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and costConducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforceProviding technical and practical support to operatorsEnsuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectivesMaintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service What You Bring to the Table: Minimum 5 years experience working within a Mining / ProductionDemonstrated 2 years supervisory experience in an open pit environmentHold a Section 44 and Statutory – Schedule 26 or working toward sitting the examAbility to identify continuous improvement initiativesStrong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm cultureA valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months)The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug and Alcohol Screen.
