Ready's is proudly owned and operated within WA, starting in 2005 from small beginnings to being the number 1 choice to our clients. A Mining Superintendent is a key role within a mining operation. They are responsible for the coordination and overseeing of a wide range of aspects within mining production. About The Role: Develop and execute production plans to achieve targets. Implement safety initiatives to create a safe working environment for employees. Provide ongoing training and development to site supervisors for optimal compliance with regulations. Supervise production staff team. Allocate resources in an efficient manner, including equipment, and materials, to optimise the production. Ensure the maintenance & repair of company equipment through liaison with Field Service supervisors and team. Submit regular reports on production progress, safety performance, and other key performance indicators. Work with Project Managers, HSEQT Manager and HSET Advisors to develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure that all personnel are trained and prepared. Day & Night Shifts with 12-13 hour days What is required: High level of experience (15-20 years) in Mining Operations Demonstrated record of increasing production efficiency High level knowledge of mining equipment, safety regulations & processes. Familiar with relevant tools and software for data analysis & reporting. Be qualified as a statuary supervisor Terrific team management skills High level attention to detail Excellent communication skills strong and concise decision making skills Strong organisation and time management skills.
