Mining Skills Australia (MSA) is seeking a full-time, experienced Client Relationship Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based team.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Management Team to service our diverse client base, supporting the Managing Directors in building and nurturing strong business relationships.
As a progressive training and resource development company, MSA offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can enhance your customer development skills and expand your expertise.
You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, contributing to MSA's commitment to quality and innovation in the mining and resource industry.

This is an in-office position based in the Brisbane CBD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Work collaboratively with the Managing Director to service clients and develop proposals Contact clients regularly through both phone and email Build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their business needs Resolve client queries and issues Assist with client meetings, roadshows, exhibitions and other engagement activities Report on activities to Senior Management Team.
MINING SKILLS AUSTRALIA IS LOOKING FOR: 2-3 years of experience in a client relationship or business development role, demonstrating outstanding skills in customer and client contact, liaison and networking Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt Outstanding time-management, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and with deadlines Ability to work both autonomously and within a team, while also being receptive to feedback Intermediate level of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams Australian resident with "right to work" permit.
