About the role
We are currently seeking experiences Mining Operators to join our team in Permanent Full-Time roles at Qcoal – Located in the Bowen Basin.
About you
Key responsibilities and requirements.

12 months experience operating at least one production mining equipment on a mine site (Rear Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader or Excavator)
An SSE signed skills list
Current open drivers licence
Standard 11
A commitment to a positive safety culture

What we can offer at Thiess

A market payment up to $15,000 to be applied to particular roles
Retention Payment from 1st July 2024, $10,000 paid in 52 weekly payments. Inclusive of super.
Attendance bonus - $250 per fortnight
Camp accommodation close to mine site - 10 minutes down the road
12hr day & night shifts
BIBO from Townsville
Retention and market payments available
Salary sacrifice options – flights & novated leasing
Opportunity to earn up to $146,597 plus super
